Ingredients
- Cantaloupe
- 1 medium, ripe and sweet
- Water
- 2 cups, cold
- Sugar
- 2 tablespoons (adjust to taste)
- Ice cubes
- as needed for serving
- Mint leaves
- for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Cut the cantaloupe in half and scoop out the seeds using a spoon.
- Carefully cut the cantaloupe into chunks and remove the rind.
- Place the cantaloupe chunks, cold water, and sugar into a blender.
- Blend the mixture on high speed until smooth and well combined.
- Taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness by adding more sugar if desired, then blend again to incorporate.
- Pour the cantaloupe mixture into a pitcher.
- Add ice cubes to the pitcher and stir well to chill the drink.
- Serve in glasses over additional ice if desired, and garnish with fresh mint leaves for an extra touch of freshness.
