Aam Panna

Ingredients
- 2 medium-sized Raw mangoes
- 1/2 cup (adjust to taste) Sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon Black salt
- 1 teaspoon Roasted cumin powder
- 1/4 cup (plus extra for garnish) Fresh mint leaves
- As needed Ice cubes
- 2 cups (chilled) Water

Instructions
- Wash the raw mangoes thoroughly. In a pot, add the mangoes and cover them with water. Boil until they become soft (about 15-20 minutes). Once cooked, remove from heat and let them cool.
- Once cooled, peel the mangoes and scoop out the pulp. Discard the skin and seed.
- In a blender, combine the mango pulp, sugar, roasted cumin powder, black salt, and fresh mint leaves. Blend until smooth and well-combined.
- Pour the mixture into a large pitcher and add 2 cups of chilled water. Blend again briefly to mix well.
- Taste the mix and adjust sugar or salt as needed. If you prefer a thinner consistency, add more chilled water.
- Pour the Aam Panna into serving glasses over ice cubes. Garnish with extra mint leaves for a refreshing touch.
- Serve chilled and enjoy this invigorating drink!
