Achiote and Orange Juice Marinade

Ingredients
- 1/2 teaspoon Freshly ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon Dried oregano
- 1 tablespoon Fresh lime juice
- 2, minced Garlic cloves
- 1 cup Fresh orange juice
- 1 tablespoon Achiote paste

Instructions
- In a medium-sized bowl, combine the achiote paste, fresh orange juice, minced garlic, and fresh lime juice. Stir until the achiote paste has fully dissolved.
- Add in the dried oregano, cumin, salt, and freshly ground black pepper, whisking the ingredients together until well combined.
- Use the marinade right away for an immediate flavor experience, or cover and store it in an airtight container in the refrigerator. The marinade will continue to develop its flavors and can be used for up to one week.
