- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 cup, grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup (panko for extra crunch) Breadcrumbs
- 1, beaten Egg
- 2 ripe, halved and pitted Avocado
- 1/2 cup, recipe below Dipping sauce (optional)

Instructions
