Ingredients

- Egg
- 1, beaten
- Avocado
- 2 ripe, halved and pitted
- Dipping sauce (optional)

Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Slice each avocado half into wedges and set aside.
- In a shallow bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, salt, garlic powder, and paprika. Mix well.

- Place the coated avocado wedges in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not touching for even cooking.
