1 pound, cleaned
Egg
1, beaten
All-purpose flour
1/2 cup
Cornmeal
1/2 cup
Garlic powder
1 teaspoon
Paprika
1 teaspoon
Salt
1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper
1/2 teaspoon
Cooking spray

Marinara sauce
1 cup, for serving
Lemon wedges
