Ingredients

- Cornmeal (1 cup)

Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a shallow bowl, mix together the cornmeal, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Dip each catfish fillet into the beaten egg, then coat it with the cornmeal mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
