Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, chopped crab meat, finely chopped green onions, and garlic powder.
- Lay out the wonton wrappers on a clean work surface. Place a heaping spoonful of the cream cheese mixture in the center of each wrapper.
- Dip your finger in water and moisten the edges of each wonton wrapper. Fold the wrapper diagonally to form a triangle, pressing down on the edges to seal securely. Ensure there are no air bubbles to prevent bursting during cooking.
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Arrange the filled crab rangoon in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring they do not overlap. Lightly spray them with cooking spray for extra crispiness.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes, or until the wonton wrappers turn golden brown and crispy.
- Serve the Crab Rangoon hot with sweet and sour sauce for a delightful dip.
Tips
- For a spicier kick, consider adding a dash of sriracha to the cream cheese mixture.
- Real crab meat can be used for an even richer flavor.
