Ingredients

Avocados
2 ripe, halved and pitted
Lime juice
2 tablespoons, freshly squeezed
Red onion
1/4 cup, finely diced
Tomato
1 medium, diced
Cilantro
1/4 cup, chopped
Garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon
Salt
1/2 teaspoon, or to taste
Black pepper
1/4 teaspoon, or to taste
Tortilla chips
for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a mixing bowl.
  3. Add the freshly squeezed lime juice to the bowl and mash the avocados with a fork until you reach your desired consistency (smooth or chunky).
  4. Stir in the finely diced red onion, diced tomato, chopped cilantro, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to combine all the flavors.
  5. Transfer the guacamole mixture into an air fryer-safe dish or basket, spreading it evenly.
  6. Air fry for 5 minutes, or until the top of the guacamole is slightly browned and crispy.
  7. Remove the dish from the air fryer and allow it to cool for a few minutes before serving.
