- Soy sauce
- 1/4 cup
- Honey
- 1/4 cup
- Shrimp
- 1 pound, peeled and deveined
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, sesame oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Add the shrimp to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the marinade. Let them marinate for 15-20 minutes to absorb the flavors.
- Place the shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring they do not overlap for even cooking.
- Cook the shrimp for 5 minutes, then carefully flip each shrimp using tongs and cook for an additional 5 minutes, or until they are golden and crispy.
