Instructions

- Using kitchen shears, carefully cut the top shell of each lobster tail lengthwise down the middle, stopping just before the tail fin.
- Gently pull apart the shell to reveal the lobster meat while keeping the shell attached at the base.
- Lift the lobster meat through the slit in the shell and place it on top of the shell for an appealing presentation.

- Generously brush the garlic butter mixture over the lobster meat and shell, ensuring every bit is coated.
