Air Fryer Meatballs

These delicious and juicy meatballs are cooked to perfection in an air fryer, resulting in a crispy exterior and tender interior.

Ingredients

  • Fresh basil (for garnish)
  • Marinara sauce (1 cup, for serving)
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • Italian seasoning (1 teaspoon)
  • Parmesan cheese (1/4 cup, grated)
  • Egg (1)
  • Garlic (2 cloves, minced)
  • Onion (1/4 cup, finely chopped)
  • Breadcrumbs (1/2 cup)
  • Ground beef (1 pound)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, egg, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  2. Shape the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
