- Cooking spray
- as needed
- Black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon
- Paprika
- 1 teaspoon
- Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon
- Breadcrumbs
- 1 cup
- Egg
- 1, beaten
- Dill pickle slices
- 1 jar (about 16 oz)
- Ranch dressing

Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a shallow bowl, beat the egg until well combined.
- In another shallow bowl, mix together the breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Dip each dill pickle slice into the beaten egg, allowing any excess to drip off, then coat it thoroughly in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to ensure the crumbs adhere well.
- Arrange the coated pickle slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not touching to ensure even cooking.
- Lightly spray the top of the pickle slices with cooking spray to help achieve that desirable crispy texture.
- Air fry the pickles for 8-10 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
- Once done, remove from the air fryer and serve hot with your choice of dipping sauce, such as ranch dressing for a creamy contrast.
