
Air Fryer Pickles
These crispy and tangy air fryer pickles are the perfect appetizer or snack. They are made with dill pickle slices coated in a seasoned breadcrumb mixture and cooked to perfection in the air fryer.
Ingredients
- Cooking spray (as needed)
- Pepper (1/4 teaspoon)
- Salt (1/2 teaspoon)
- Paprika (1 teaspoon)
- Garlic powder (1 teaspoon)
- Breadcrumbs (1 cup)
- Egg (1)
- Dill pickle slices (1 cup)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a shallow bowl, beat the egg.
- In another shallow bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each pickle slice into the beaten egg, then coat it in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
- Place the coated pickle slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not touching.
- Lightly spray the pickle slices with cooking spray.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes, or until the pickles are golden brown and crispy.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
