Servings: 6

Ingredients

Beef roast
2-3 pounds
Olive oil
2 tablespoons
Garlic powder
1 teaspoon
Onion powder
1 teaspoon
Paprika
1 teaspoon
Salt
1 teaspoon
Black pepper
1/2 teaspoon
Beef broth (for sauce)
1 cup
Worcestershire sauce (for sauce)
2 tablespoons
Cornstarch (for sauce)
1 tablespoon
Water (for sauce)
1 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Rub the beef roast generously with olive oil, then coat it with the spice mixture, ensuring all sides are well-seasoned.
  4. Place the seasoned beef roast in the air fryer basket.
  5. Cook the roast for 20 minutes, then flip it over and cook for an additional 15-20 minutes. Use a meat thermometer to check for your desired level of doneness: 135°F for medium-rare, 145°F for medium, and 160°F for well-done.
  6. Once cooked to your preference, remove the roast from the air fryer and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
  7. While the roast is resting, prepare the sauce. In a small saucepan, combine beef broth and Worcestershire sauce. Bring to a simmer over medium heat.
  8. In a separate small bowl, mix cornstarch and water to create a slurry. Slowly add this mixture to the simmering broth, stirring continuously until the sauce thickens.
  9. Slice the roast beef and serve hot, drizzled with the sauce.
