
Air Fryer Shrimp Scampi

Ingredients
- Red pepper flakes (1/4 teaspoon (optional))
- Black pepper (1/4 teaspoon)
- Salt (1/2 teaspoon)
- Fresh parsley (2 tablespoons, chopped)
- Lemon juice (2 tablespoons)
- Butter (4 tablespoons, melted)
- Garlic (4 cloves, minced)
- Large shrimp (1 pound, peeled and deveined)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, chopped parsley, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using).
- Add the peeled and deveined shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat them evenly with the garlic butter mixture.
