Ingredients
- Black pepper (1/2 teaspoon)
- Salt (1/2 teaspoon)
- Paprika (1 teaspoon)
- Onion powder (1 teaspoon)
- Garlic powder (1 teaspoon)
- Olive oil (2 tablespoons)
- Sirloin steak (1 pound, cut into bite-sized pieces)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Add the steak bites to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the seasoning mixture.
- Place the steak bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 6 minutes, then flip the steak bites and cook for an additional 6 minutes for medium-rare doneness. Adjust the cooking time according to your desired level of doneness.
