
Air Fryer Taco Bowls
These delicious and crispy air fryer taco bowls are filled with seasoned ground beef, black beans, corn, and topped with your favorite taco toppings.
Ingredients
- Guacamole (1/2 cup)
- Salsa (1/2 cup)
- Sour cream (1/2 cup)
- Shredded cheese (1 cup)
- Diced tomatoes (1 cup)
- Shredded lettuce (1 cup)
- Flour tortillas (4)
- Corn (1 cup, frozen or canned)
- Black beans (1 can, drained and rinsed)
- Taco seasoning (2 tablespoons)
- Ground beef (1 pound)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
- Add the taco seasoning, black beans, and corn to the skillet. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until heated through.
- Spray the inside of the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
- Place a flour tortilla in the air fryer basket, pressing it down to form a bowl shape. Repeat with the remaining tortillas.
- Cook the tortilla bowls in the air fryer for 5 minutes, or until crispy and golden brown.
- Remove the tortilla bowls from the air fryer and fill each with the ground beef mixture.
- Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, shredded cheese, sour cream, salsa, and guacamole.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
