Ingredients
- Ground beef
- 1 pound
- Taco seasoning
- 1 packet (about 1 ounce)
- Black beans
- 1 can (15 ounces), drained and rinsed
- Corn
- 1 cup, frozen or canned
- Flour tortillas
- 4 (10-inch) tortillas
- Shredded lettuce
- 2 cups
- Diced tomatoes
- 1 cup
- Shredded cheese
- 1 cup (cheddar or mexican blend)
- Sour cream
- 1/2 cup
- Guacamole
- 1/2 cup
- Salsa
- 1/2 cup
- Cooking spray
- as needed
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess fat.
- Stir in the taco seasoning, black beans, and corn. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through and well combined.
- Spray the inside of the air fryer basket with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
- Take each flour tortilla and gently press it into the air fryer basket to form a bowl shape. You may need to use a small bowl or container to help shape them.
- Cook the tortilla bowls in the air fryer for 5-6 minutes, or until they are crispy and golden brown.
- Carefully remove the tortilla bowls from the air fryer and fill each with the seasoned ground beef mixture.
- Top each bowl with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, shredded cheese, a dollop of sour cream, a scoop of salsa, and a generous spoonful of guacamole.
