Servings: 4

Ingredients

  • Ground beef (1 pound)
  • Taco seasoning (1 packet (about 1 ounce))
  • Black beans (1 can (15 ounces), drained and rinsed)
  • Corn (1 cup, frozen or canned)
  • Flour tortillas (4 (10-inch) tortillas)
  • Shredded lettuce (2 cups)
  • Diced tomatoes (1 cup)
  • Shredded cheese (1 cup (cheddar or mexican blend))
  • Sour cream (1/2 cup)
  • Guacamole (1/2 cup)
  • Salsa (1/2 cup)
  • Cooking spray (as needed)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess fat.
  3. Stir in the taco seasoning, black beans, and corn. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through and well combined.
  4. Spray the inside of the air fryer basket with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
  5. Take each flour tortilla and gently press it into the air fryer basket to form a bowl shape. You may need to use a small bowl or container to help shape them.
  6. Cook the tortilla bowls in the air fryer for 5-6 minutes, or until they are crispy and golden brown.
  7. Carefully remove the tortilla bowls from the air fryer and fill each with the seasoned ground beef mixture.
  8. Top each bowl with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, shredded cheese, a dollop of sour cream, a scoop of salsa, and a generous spoonful of guacamole.
  9. Serve immediately and enjoy your delicious taco bowls!
