Andalusian Iced Coffee

Indulge in this refreshing and energizing Andalusian Iced Coffee. Originating from Andalusia, a region in Southern Spain known for its vibrant café culture, this iced coffee is a tantalizing blend of robust coffee, luxuriously creamy sweetened condensed milk, and a whisper of exotic cinnamon. It's a delightful way to cool off on a hot afternoon or a sweet, creamy treat to kick start your mornings!

Serves 2

Ingredients

Strong brewed coffee
1 cup, cooled
Sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup
Ice cubes
1 cup
Ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Brew a cup of strong coffee. You can use your favorite coffee beans for this. Allow the coffee to cool at room temperature. This will prevent the ice cubes from melting quickly when blending.
  2. Once the coffee has cooled, pour it into a blender. Add in the sweetened condensed milk, ice cubes, and a sprinkle of ground cinnamon.
  3. Blend the mixture until it's smooth and frothy. This should take about 1-2 minutes. If you prefer a less sweet drink, you can adjust the amount of sweetened condensed milk to taste.
  4. Pour the Andalusian Iced Coffee into glasses and serve immediately. For an extra touch of elegance, garnish each glass with a sprinkle of cinnamon on top.
