Ingredients
- Romaine lettuce
- 6 cups, chopped
- Salami
- 1 cup, sliced
- Provolone cheese
- 1 cup, cubed
- Cherry tomatoes
- 1 cup, halved
- Cucumber
- 1, medium size, chopped
- Kalamata olives
- 1/2 cup, pitted
- Pepperoncini
- 1/2 cup, sliced
- Red onion
- 1/2, thinly sliced
- Italian dressing
- 1/2 cup
- Fresh basil
- 1/4 cup, torn
- Salt
- to taste
- Black pepper
- to taste
Instructions
- In a large salad bowl, add the chopped romaine lettuce.
- Layer the salami, provolone cheese, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, kalamata olives, pepperoncini, and red onion over the lettuce.
- Drizzle the Italian dressing evenly over the salad. Toss the salad gently to coat all the ingredients in the dressing.
