Ingredients

Romaine lettuce
6 cups, chopped
Salami
1 cup, sliced
Provolone cheese
1 cup, cubed
Cherry tomatoes
1 cup, halved
Cucumber
1, medium size, chopped
Kalamata olives
1/2 cup, pitted
Pepperoncini
1/2 cup, sliced
Red onion
1/2, thinly sliced
Italian dressing
1/2 cup
Fresh basil
1/4 cup, torn
Salt
to taste
Black pepper
to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large salad bowl, add the chopped romaine lettuce.
  2. Layer the salami, provolone cheese, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, kalamata olives, pepperoncini, and red onion over the lettuce.
