Honey
2 tablespoons
Granola
1/2 cup
Greek yogurt
2 cups
Cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon
Cornstarch
1 tablespoon
Sugar
1/4 cup
Apricots
2 cups, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium-sized bowl, combine the sliced apricots, sugar, cornstarch, and cinnamon. Ensure the apricots are well coated.
  3. Transfer the apricot mixture to a baking dish, spreading it out evenly.

  5. Remove the baking dish from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
