Powdered sugar
1/4 cup, for dusting

1/2 cup, melted
Wonton wrappers
24 pieces
Vanilla extract

Fresh apricots
8, pitted and diced

Instructions

  1. Begin by preheating your oven to 375°F and lining a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the diced fresh apricots, granulated sugar, ground cinnamon, and vanilla extract.
