Ingredients

Unsalted butter
1/2 cup, melted
Ground cinnamon

Brown sugar

Greek yogurt
1 cup
Apricots
2 cups, pitted and sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the sliced apricots, Greek yogurt, honey, and lemon juice. Stir until the apricots are evenly coated.
