- Fajita seasoning
- 2 tablespoons
- Flour tortillas
- 4 (8-inch size)
- Crumble topping
- 1 cup (store-bought or homemade)
- Fresh cilantro
- 1/4 cup, chopped
- Sour cream
- 1/2 cup
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat until shimmering.
- Add the sliced chicken breast to the skillet and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the sliced bell peppers and red onion. Sauté for about 5 minutes until they are softened and fragrant.
