Apricot Crumble Fajitas

- 4, pitted and sliced Apricots
- 2 tablespoons Fajita seasoning
- 4 (8-inch size) Flour tortillas
- 1 cup (store-bought or homemade) Crumble topping
- 1/4 cup, chopped Fresh cilantro
- 1/2 cup Sour cream

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat until shimmering.
