Ingredients
- Salt (1/4 teaspoon)
- Vanilla extract (1/2 teaspoon)
- Cinnamon (1/2 teaspoon)
- Coconut oil (2 tablespoons, melted)
- Almond flour (1/4 cup)
- Oats (1/2 cup)
- Honey (2 tablespoons)
- Apricots (4, sliced)
- Greek yogurt (1 cup)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a bowl, mix together the oats, almond flour, melted coconut oil, honey, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and salt to make the crumble topping.
- Spread the sliced apricots in a baking dish and drizzle with honey.
- Sprinkle the crumble topping evenly over the apricots.
