Argentine Asado with Grilled Portobello Mushrooms

- 4 links Chorizo sausages
- 1.5 pounds Flank steak
- 2 pounds Beef short ribs

Instructions
- Prepare the grill for indirect grilling over medium heat.

- Place the seasoned meats on the grill, away from direct heat, and cook for about 30 minutes per side, or until they reach your desired doneness. Use a meat thermometer for precision.
- While the meats are grilling, brush the portobello mushrooms with olive oil and season with salt and black pepper.
- Grill the portobello mushrooms for about 5 minutes per side, or until they are tender and have nice grill marks.
