Ingredients
- Chimichurri sauce (for serving)
- Portobello mushrooms (6 large)

- Sausages (chorizo) (6 links)
- Flank steak (2 pounds)
- Beef short ribs (3 pounds)
Instructions
- Prepare the grill for indirect grilling over medium heat.
- Season the beef short ribs and flank steak with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
- Place the seasoned meats on the grill, away from direct heat, and cook for about 30 minutes per side, or until desired doneness.
- While the meats are grilling, brush the portobello mushrooms with olive oil and season with salt and black pepper.
- Grill the portobello mushrooms for about 5 minutes per side, or until tender.
- Remove the meats and mushrooms from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes.
- Slice the meats and serve with the grilled portobello mushrooms and chimichurri sauce.
