Ingredients
- Cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon, for garnish
- Sugar
- 1 teaspoon, or to taste
- Milk
- 1/2 cup
- Armagnac
- 1 ounce
- Espresso
- 1 shot
Instructions
- Brew a shot of espresso using your preferred method and set it aside.
- Gently heat the milk in a small saucepan over medium heat. Be careful not to let it boil.
- When the milk is hot, use a milk frother or a whisk to create a creamy and foamy texture.
- Pour the hot espresso into a large coffee mug.
- Stir in the Armagnac and sugar into the espresso. Continue stirring until the sugar is completely dissolved.
- Carefully pour the frothy milk over the espresso mixture, using a spoon to hold back the foam until the end.
