Ingredients
- 2 pounds, cut into 1-inch cubes Lamb
- 1, cut into 1-inch pieces Red bell pepper
- 1 large, cut into wedges Onion
- 4 cloves, minced Garlic
- 1/4 cup Olive oil
- 3 tablespoons, freshly squeezed Lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
- 8 (if using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes) Metal or wooden skewers

Instructions
