Ice cubes
as needed
Lemon slices
for garnish
Lemonade
2 cups (homemade or store-bought)
Iced tea
2 cups (black tea recommended)

Instructions

  1. Begin by brewing your iced tea. Steep 2-3 tea bags in 4 cups of hot water for about 5 minutes, then cool. Alternatively, use store-bought iced tea for convenience.
  2. Prepare your lemonade. If using homemade, combine 1 cup of freshly squeezed lemon juice, 1 cup of granulated sugar, and 4 cups of water, stirring until the sugar dissolves.
  3. In a large pitcher, combine the cooled iced tea and lemonade in equal parts (2 cups each). Stir well to blend the flavors.
  4. Fill tall glasses with ice cubes to keep the drink chilled.
  5. Pour the tea and lemonade mixture over the ice in each glass.
