Burrata cheese
8 oz, torn into pieces
Extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons
Balsamic glaze
2 tablespoons
Salt

1/4 teaspoon, freshly ground, or to taste

  1. In a large salad bowl, add the arugula, peach slices, and torn burrata cheese.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the extra virgin olive oil and balsamic glaze. This will be your dressing.
