Ingredients
- Salt and pepper (to taste)

- Balsamic vinegar (2 tablespoons)

- Cherry tomatoes (1 cup, halved)
- Blue cheese (1/2 cup, crumbled)
- Arugula (4 cups)
- Steak (8 oz)
Instructions
- Season the steak with salt and pepper.
- Heat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Grill the steak for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness.
