 - 4 cups, thinly sliced
 - Red cabbage
 - 2 cups, thinly sliced
 - Carrots
 - 1 cup, grated
 - Bell pepper
 - 1 cup, thinly sliced
 - Green onions
 - 1/2 cup, chopped
 - Cilantro
 - 1/2 cup, chopped
 - Ginger
 - 1 tablespoon, grated
 - Garlic
 - 2 cloves, minced
 - Honey
 - 2 tablespoons
 - Soy sauce
 - 3 tablespoons
 - Rice vinegar
 - 2 tablespoons
 - Sesame oil
 - 3 tablespoons
 - Toasted sesame seeds
 - 2 tablespoons, for garnish
 
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the Napa cabbage, red cabbage, grated carrots, sliced bell pepper, chopped green onions, and cilantro. Toss gently to mix the vegetables.
 - In a small bowl, whisk together the sesame oil, rice vinegar, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, and grated ginger until well combined.
 - Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss thoroughly to ensure all the vegetables are evenly coated.
 - Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds on top for an added crunch and nutty flavor.
