Red bell pepper
1 cup, sliced
Green onions
1/2 cup, sliced
Cilantro
1/4 cup, chopped
Toasted sesame seeds
2 tablespoons
Sesame oil
2 tablespoons
Rice vinegar
2 tablespoons
Soy sauce

  4. Sprinkle the toasted sesame seeds on top for an added crunch and flavor.
  5. Refrigerate the slaw for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld together beautifully.
  6. Serve chilled as a refreshing side dish or a delightful topping for grilled meats or fish.

Tips

  • 💡 For a spicier twist, add thinly sliced jalapeños or a dash of sriracha to the dressing.
  • 💡 Feel free to substitute the endive with napa cabbage for a different texture and flavor.
  • 💡 This slaw can be made a day ahead, making it perfect for gatherings or meal prep.
