Ingredients

Endive
4 cups, sliced

Red bell pepper

Toasted sesame seeds

2 tablespoons
Rice vinegar
2 tablespoons
Soy sauce
1 tablespoon
Honey
1 tablespoon
Salt
1/4 teaspoon
Black pepper
1/4 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the sliced endive, julienned carrots, sliced red bell pepper, sliced green onions, and chopped cilantro. Toss gently to mix the vegetables evenly.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the sesame dressing ingredients: sesame oil, rice vinegar, soy sauce, honey, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
