- Ingredients for Sesame Dressing
- Sesame oil
- 1/4 cup
- Rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons
- Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon

Instructions
- To prepare the sesame dressing, whisk together sesame oil, rice vinegar, soy sauce, honey, and freshly grated ginger in a small bowl. Set aside.
- Fill a large bowl with warm water.
- Dip one rice paper wrapper into the water for about 10-15 seconds until it becomes soft and pliable. Be careful not to soak it for too long as it may tear.
- Place the softened wrapper on a clean, flat surface.
- On the lower third of the wrapper, layer a lettuce leaf, a few slices of Asian pear, a sprinkle of chopped walnuts, and a couple of mint and cilantro leaves.
- Drizzle about a tablespoon of the sesame dressing over the filling.
- Fold the sides of the wrapper inward over the filling, then roll it up tightly from the bottom, similar to a burrito.
- Repeat this process with the remaining wrappers and filling ingredients.
- Serve the wraps immediately for the best texture and flavor. These are perfect as a refreshing appetizer or a light lunch.
