
Avocado and Crab Salad

Ingredients
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- Olive oil (1 tablespoon)
- Lime juice (2 tablespoons)
- Cilantro (2 tablespoons, chopped)
- Red onion (1/4 cup, thinly sliced)
- Cherry tomatoes (1 cup, halved)
- Lettuce (2 cups, torn)
- Crab meat (8 oz, cooked)
- Avocado (1, ripe)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the torn lettuce, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and cilantro.
- Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh. Slice the avocado and add it to the bowl.
- Add the cooked crab meat to the bowl.
