- Macaroni
- 2 cups, uncooked
- Ripe avocados

- Cheddar cheese

Instructions
- Cook the macaroni according to the package instructions. Once cooked, drain and set it aside.
- While the macaroni is cooking, prepare the avocado sauce. In a food processor, combine the ripe avocados, lemon juice, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Process until you get a smooth and creamy sauce.
