- All-purpose flour (4 tablespoons)
- Milk (2 cups)
- Heavy cream (1 cup)

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a pot of salted water, boil the sliced potatoes until tender, about 10-15 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced onions and minced garlic, cooking until soft and translucent, about 5 minutes.
