
Bacon and Broccoli Quiche
This delicious quiche is filled with crispy bacon, tender broccoli, and creamy cheese.
Ingredients
- Dried thyme (1/2 teaspoon)
- Black pepper (1/4 teaspoon)
- Salt (1/2 teaspoon)
- Milk (1 cup)
- Eggs (4)
- Cheddar cheese (1 cup, shredded)
- Broccoli (1 cup, steamed and chopped)
- Bacon (6 slices, cooked and crumbled)
- Pie crust (1, store-bought or homemade)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the pie crust in a 9-inch pie dish and crimp the edges.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, black pepper, and dried thyme.
- Sprinkle half of the bacon, broccoli, and cheddar cheese over the pie crust.
- Pour the egg mixture over the bacon, broccoli, and cheese.
- Sprinkle the remaining bacon, broccoli, and cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the quiche is set and golden brown.
- Allow the quiche to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
