Bacon and Egg Breakfast Sausage

This delicious breakfast sausage combines the flavors of crispy bacon and scrambled eggs.

Ingredients

  • Vegetable oil (1 tablespoon)
  • Paprika (1/4 teaspoon)
  • Onion powder (1/4 teaspoon)
  • Garlic powder (1/4 teaspoon)
  • Black pepper (1/4 teaspoon)
  • Salt (1/2 teaspoon)
  • Breadcrumbs (1/4 cup)
  • Eggs (2, beaten)
  • Ground pork (1 pound)
  • Bacon (8 slices, cooked and crumbled)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the cooked and crumbled bacon, ground pork, beaten eggs, breadcrumbs, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
  2. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  3. Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions and shape each portion into a patty.
  4. Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  5. Cook the sausage patties for about 3-4 minutes per side, or until cooked through and browned.
