- Vegetable oil

- Paprika

- Onion powder

- Breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup
- Eggs
- 2, beaten
- Ground pork
- 1 pound
- Bacon
- 4 slices, cooked and crumbled
Instructions
- Cook and crumble the bacon. Set it aside to cool.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooled, crumbled bacon, ground pork, beaten eggs, breadcrumbs, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
- Mix the ingredients thoroughly until evenly distributed.
- Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions. Shape each portion into a round, flat patty.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Make sure the skillet is large enough to accommodate the patties without crowding.
- Add the patties to the skillet. Cook them for about 3-4 minutes per side, or until they're cooked through and browned. Ensure the patties reach an internal temperature of 160°F for food safety.
- Serve the patties hot. They pair wonderfully with toast, fresh fruit, or a side of home fries.
