
Bacon and Egg Breakfast Sausage
This delicious breakfast sausage combines the flavors of crispy bacon and scrambled eggs.
Ingredients
- Vegetable oil (1 tablespoon)
- Paprika (1/4 teaspoon)
- Onion powder (1/4 teaspoon)
- Garlic powder (1/4 teaspoon)
- Black pepper (1/4 teaspoon)
- Salt (1/2 teaspoon)
- Breadcrumbs (1/4 cup)
- Eggs (2, beaten)
- Ground pork (1 pound)
- Bacon (8 slices, cooked and crumbled)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked and crumbled bacon, ground pork, beaten eggs, breadcrumbs, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
- Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly incorporated.
- Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions and shape each portion into a patty.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the sausage patties for about 3-4 minutes per side, or until cooked through and browned.
