Ingredients

  • Tomato slices (4)
  • Lettuce leaves (4)
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

  • Mayonnaise (2 tablespoons)
  • Eggs (2, boiled and chopped)
  • Bacon (4 slices, cooked and crumbled)

Instructions

  1. Slice the croissants in half horizontally.
