Olive oil
2 tablespoons
Salt
to taste
Black pepper
to taste
Paprika
1 teaspoon
Garlic powder
1 teaspoon
Feta cheese
1 cup, crumbled
Bacon
6 slices
Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
4 pieces

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Lay the chicken breasts flat on a cutting board and use a sharp knife to cut a pocket into the side of each breast, being careful not to cut all the way through.
  3. In a small bowl, combine the crumbled feta cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well until the ingredients are combined.
  4. Stuff each chicken breast with the feta cheese mixture, pressing gently to ensure a full pocket. Use toothpicks to secure the opening of each breast.
  5. Wrap each stuffed chicken breast with 1.5 slices of bacon, tucking the ends underneath the chicken to ensure they stay in place during cooking.
  6. Heat the olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the chicken breasts to the skillet.
  7. Cook the chicken for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until the bacon is golden brown and crispy.
  8. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F) and the bacon is crispy.
  9. Remove the toothpicks from the chicken before serving. Enjoy hot!
