Ingredients
- Garlic powder (1/4 teaspoon)
- Black pepper (1/4 teaspoon)
- Salt (1/2 teaspoon)
- Milk (1 cup)
- Eggs (4)
- Cheddar cheese (1 cup, shredded)
- Spinach (2 cups, chopped)
- Bacon (6 slices, cooked and crumbled)
- Pie crust (1 (9-inch))
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the pie crust in a 9-inch pie dish and set aside.
- In a skillet, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove from the skillet and crumble into small pieces.
- In the same skillet, sauté the chopped spinach until wilted. Remove from heat.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
- Spread the crumbled bacon, sautéed spinach, and shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the pie crust.
- Pour the egg mixture over the filling ingredients in the pie crust.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the quiche is set and golden brown on top.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
