Instructions
- Preheat the grill or a stovetop pan over medium-high heat.
- Divide the ground beef into 4 equal portions and shape each into a patty. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
- In a separate pan, cook the bacon over medium heat until it reaches your desired level of crispiness. Transfer the bacon to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess fat.
