Bacon Cheeseburger Soup

- 8 slices, chopped Bacon
- 1 pound Ground beef
- 1 medium, diced Onion
- 3 cloves, minced Garlic
- 3 medium, peeled and diced Potatoes
- 4 cups Chicken broth
- 1 cup Milk
- 2 cups, shredded Cheddar cheese

Instructions
- In a large pot, cook the chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove the bacon and set aside, leaving the grease in the pot.
- Add the ground beef to the pot and cook until browned. Remove the beef and set aside.
- In the same pot, add the diced onion and minced garlic. Cook until the onion is translucent and fragrant, about 3-4 minutes.
- Pour in the chicken broth and add the diced potatoes. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer until the potatoes are tender, approximately 15-20 minutes.
- Return the cooked bacon and beef to the pot, stirring to combine.
- Gradually stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted and creamy, followed by the milk. Season the soup with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve the soup hot, garnished with extra bacon, cheese, and fresh herbs if desired.
