- 4 slices, thinly sliced Sourdough bread
- 8 slices Bacon
- 2, thinly sliced Fresh peaches
- 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
- to taste Hot honey
- for garnish Fresh basil or arugula

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
