Bacon Lettuce Peach Sandwich

Ingredients
- Sourdough bread
- 4 slices, thinly sliced
- Bacon
- 8 slices
- Fresh peaches
- 2, thinly sliced
- Mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons
- Hot honey
- to taste
- Fresh basil or arugula
- for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Lay the bacon slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until crispy. Remove from the oven and let drain on paper towels.
- While the bacon is baking, toast the thinly sliced sourdough bread in a toaster or on a grill until golden brown.
- Spread 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise on each slice of toasted sourdough.
- Layer the crispy bacon on top of the mayonnaise, followed by the thinly sliced peaches.
- Drizzle hot honey over the peaches and bacon, adjusting the amount to your desired level of heat.
