This delicious bacon wrapped chicken is a perfect combination of crispy bacon and tender chicken breast.

Ingredients

  • Olive oil (1 tablespoon)
  • Black pepper (1/4 teaspoon)
  • Salt (1/2 teaspoon)
  • Paprika (1 teaspoon)
  • Garlic powder (1 teaspoon)
  • Bacon slices (8 slices)
  • Chicken breasts (4 boneless, skinless)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Wrap each chicken breast with 2 slices of bacon, securing with toothpicks if needed.
  4. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
  5. Add the bacon-wrapped chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until the bacon is crispy.
  6. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  7. Remove the toothpicks before serving.
