- Garlic powder (1/2 teaspoon)
- Black pepper (1/2 teaspoon)
- Salt (1 teaspoon)
- Bacon slices (8 slices)
- Pork chops (4 bone-in, thick-cut)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Season the pork chops with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika on both sides.
- Wrap each pork chop with 2 slices of bacon, securing with toothpicks if needed.
- Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the bacon-wrapped pork chops to the skillet and sear for 2-3 minutes on each side, until the bacon is crispy.
