Ingredients

Original recipe serves 1

Bagpipe blend coffee
1 shot (about 1 ounce)
Milk
1 cup
Honey
1 tablespoon
Vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon
Whipped cream
to taste
Ground cinnamon
for garnish

  1. Brew a shot of Bagpipe Blend Coffee using an espresso machine or a Moka pot.
  2. In a small saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat until hot but not boiling, stirring occasionally to prevent scalding.

  4. Pour the hot milk mixture into a blender and blend on high speed for about 30 seconds, until frothy and light.
