1/2 teaspoon
Salt
1/2 teaspoon
Olive oil
2 tablespoons
Bread crumbs
1 cup
Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup, grated
Zucchini
2 medium-sized

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent the fries from sticking.
  2. Cut the zucchini lengthwise into about 1/2-inch thick fries. Set them aside.
  3. In a shallow dish, thoroughly combine the grated Parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, salt, pepper, and garlic powder to create your coating mixture.
  4. Drizzle the zucchini fries with olive oil, ensuring they are all lightly coated.
  5. Toss the oiled zucchini fries in the Parmesan mixture, making sure each fry is fully coated. Shake off any excess.
  6. Arrange the coated zucchini fries in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
