2 cups, sliced
Garlic
3 cloves, minced
Ginger
1 tablespoon, grated
Green onions
3, chopped
Vegetable oil
2 tablespoons
Sesame oil
1 tablespoon
Soy sauce
3 tablespoons
Black pepper
1/2 teaspoon
Salt
to taste
Red chili flakes
1 teaspoon (adjust to taste)

Instructions
