- Bamboo shoots
- 2 cups, sliced
- Garlic
- 3 cloves, minced
- Ginger

- Green onions

- Vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons
- Sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon
- Soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons
- Black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt
- to taste
- Red chili flakes
- 1 teaspoon (adjust to taste)
Instructions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and grated ginger to the hot oil. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant, taking care not to burn them.
- Stir in the sliced bamboo shoots and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally to ensure even cooking.
