Bamieh - Middle Eastern Okra Stew

- 1/4 cup, chopped Fresh cilantro
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil

- 1 teaspoon Ground coriander

- 4 cups Vegetable broth
- 2 tablespoons Tomato paste
- 2 large, diced Tomatoes
- 2 cloves, minced Garlic
- 1 large, chopped Onion
- 1 lb, trimmed and halved Okra

Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the pot. Sauté until the onions become translucent and the mixture is fragrant.
- Stir in the diced tomatoes, tomato paste, ground cumin, ground coriander, turmeric, salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine all the ingredients.
