Unsalted butter
1/2 cup, melted
Cream cheese
16 oz, softened
Granulated sugar
1 cup
Sour cream
1/2 cup
Vanilla extract
1 teaspoon
Ripe bananas
2, mashed
Caramel sauce
1/2 cup, plus extra for drizzling
Whipped cream
1 cup, for topping
Banana slices
1-2, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Mix until well combined, then press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form an even crust.
  3. In another mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and granulated sugar with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.

  9. Slice and serve chilled. Enjoy the delightful combination of flavors!

Tips

  • 💡 For a richer flavor, use brown sugar instead of granulated sugar in the filling.
  • 💡 You can add crushed walnuts or pecans to the crust for added texture.
  • 💡 For a chocolate twist, drizzle melted chocolate over the caramel sauce before serving.
